Ghritartha Goswami, BE, M.Tech. is a professional civil and water resources engineer, currently a Ph.D. scholar at NERIST, Arunachal Pradesh, India. Formerly an Assistant Professor & HoD (i/c) at SITM, Assam, India. He has published more than thirty papers in different civil engineering fields and presented papers in several conferences. For his remarkable accomplishment in his profession, he was recently named a Young Scientist by the International Scientist Awards.
