Due to COVID-19 epidemic situation all over the world, most countries still maintain a strict policy of no-gathering, no-entering and leaving the country, and 14-days quarantine. Please check the schedule program directly and confirm your travel plan before you book the flight and hotel. The conference schedule has to be updated as the following:

1. Please kindly download Draft Schedule Program and confirm that you will give the presentation according to it. The authors attending oral sessions should prepare PowerPoint or PDF files for presentation in English (about 10 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion). Other facilities will be provided by us. If you prefer to giving a poster presentation, please bring the poster to us directly.

2. If you can not attend the event in person, you are welcome to submit a presentation video (in mp4 format) of about 15-20 minutes. You can use ZOOM or any other APP or facilities to record your presentation and then send it to us as soon as possible. We will arrange it into the presentation list and play it according to the schedule.

3. Full papers have been sent for publication processing. If you still would like to publish a full paper, please upload your final paper, submit the copyright and finish the payment for further processing.

For attendees who have booked rooms via us, please tell us your exact check in time if you will arrive in the hotel after 18:00 pm. We will inform the hotel to keep the room for you.

4. Please confirm you have a VISA to China. If you need the invitation letter for VISA, please contact me.
