| Biography: I am interested in researching the problems of non-material motivation of company and institution staff. My work experience provides for a detailed investigation of motivation components through various research tools. These are practical method of psycho-diagnostics, embodied and unembodied observation, interpretation of data using domestic and foreign scientists’ methodologies. The basic method is the concept of L. Vygotsky to be a cultural-historical approach to the analysis of psyche and personality. | |
