Biography: 
Dr Elsabé Keyser is valued as a social sciences researcher that contributed a more profound understanding of the labour relations field, psychological contract and work-related outcomes. 
Elsabé is a senior lecturer in the subject group of labour relations management (LARM) in the School of Industrial Psychology and Human Resource Management at the Vaal Triangle Campus of North-West University and has been involved in various research projects related to employment relations and organisational behaviour over the last 26 years. 
She acts as a reviewer for the National Research Foundation (NRF) for rating researcher and committee member for evaluating research projects since 2014. Future career objective is obtain NRF rating and to increase publications.She has co-authored a number of publications (books and articles) and presented papers at national and international conferences. Elsabé supervises post-graduate students since 2010 and lecturers at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels since 1999. She has advanced knowledge and expertise on issues related to group dynamics, labour relations management, skills development, collective bargaining and negotiations, performance management, labour economics, local economic development research and among other areas, contract types such as contract of employment (permanent and atypical), psychological- and the social contract. She acts as editor and referee for different national and international journals.
